Our program will control the maintenance lifecycle through proactive management of your vehicle’s expense and maintenance histories.
For servicing - preferred dealer locations can be arranged with the driver and recorded on our system. There is no requirement to use our own pre-determined service locations or providers as long as we are informed prior to any work being carried out. The driver is free to arrange at their convenience a date and time that suits them.
We also have a mobile maintenance service and a network of independent Auto Engineers should your driver be remote or not near a dealer network. These services minimise the time the vehicles are off the road saving you time and money.
FleetEurope has preferred contracts in place with consumable suppliers such Tyres/Exhaust/Batteries and Windscreens. Each driver will be given a drivers pack detailing where to call when any of the maintenance services are required.
We can offer maintenance management in two forms:

Maintenance Contracts
As a contract over a given period and mileage: Normally linked with a finance product such as Contract hire.
Advantage: The risk of the maintenance costs through the lifecycle of the vehicle is our responsibility. You would have a fixed monthly cost regardless of what is spent on the vehicle maintenance.

Monthly Management fee
As a monthly management fee: We manage/police the day to day maintenance of your vehicles ensuring low cost maintenance. Costs are recharged to you as received (Copy of invoices are supplied) and we will simply charge a small monthly management fee. Other services can be added to the management fee as and when required such as Accident management and/or VED/MOT monitoring and renewal.
